After qualifying as a Psychotherapist in 2010 Caroline Ley opened up the first Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Buckhurst Hill. Since 2016, Caroline has focussed on sex and porn addiction recovery. She is qualified as both a sex and porn addiction counsellor and a psychosexual or sex therapist. Her passion is to help those affected by sexually compulsive behaviours and provide effective support services.
With the help of Barry Redman, another sex and porn addiction counsellor, Caroline has developed a programme of recovery for addicts which they run in both Buckhurst Hill and Henley-on-Thames.
For many years, Barry has had an interest in working with clients who are struggling with compulsive pornography use. Since 2019, he has facilitated a recovery group. This active group continued throughout the pandemic and provides a supportive and non-judgmental space for men struggling to stop troubling behaviours. His training is in integrative counselling and coaching and he uses this approach when taking clients through recovery.
Together, Caroline Ley and Barry Redman design and deliver workshops and training in sex and porn addiction in both Buckhurst Hill and Henley-on-Thames.
