Caroline Ley

Caroline Ley is a highly qualified psychotherapist, trained psychosexual therapist and porn and sex addiction counsellor.  She has been working with individual clients and couples for 13 years.

Before specialising as a porn and sex addiction counsellor she spent her career working in social care before retraining in 2008 as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist.   Her passion for helping people and improving their lives is evident. Since 2014, she has built up the Cherry Tree Centres in Buckhurst Hill and Henley-on-Thames, which has resulted in more clients gaining access to good quality, therapeutic services.

As a porn and sex addiction counsellor, it is her role to guide clients on a journey towards recovery and healthy sexuality. She offers a warm, gently challenging, open, approach to clients and genuinely wants to see them live a healthy sexual life.

Sessions can be carried out face to face or via Zoom. Caroline is a StopSo trained therapist and will work with clients who have been arrested for sexual offences and their families.

Caroline has lectured at the University of East London and continues to develop and deliver training courses and workshops.
