Whether you’re coming as an individual or a couple, we help you make sense of what’s going on and guide you towards the support that fits. You don’t have to work this out on your own.

Committed to Your Emotional Health and Wellbeing
You don’t need to have this figured out before you get in touch. We’ll take time to understand what’s going on for you and guide you towards the most appropriate support, whether that’s counselling, a group, or a workshop.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday). In many cases, we can offer appointments without a long waiting list, depending on availability.
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to feel ready or have everything figured out before reaching out. Some people start with a group or a one-off conversation to explore their options. We’ll help you find a starting point that feels manageable for you.
Yes. We offer both in-person sessions in Henley-on-Thames and Buckhurst Hill, as well as online sessions, so you can choose what feels most comfortable and accessible.
Yes. All sessions are confidential, and your privacy is taken seriously. The only exception would be if there are concerns about serious risk to you or someone else, in line with professional safeguarding guidelines.
Fees vary depending on the type of support and the practitioner. We aim to be transparent about costs and can discuss options with you before you commit to anything. Low-cost counselling options are available, subject to suitability and availability.
Our workshops are held at our centre in Henley-on-Thames. Some workshops may also be offered online, depending on the format.
