About Me

Caroline Ley is the Clinical Director of Cherry Tree Centres, located in Buckhurst Hill and Henley-on-Thames. A fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist since 2010, Caroline is also a trained psychosexual therapist (sex therapist) and offers specialised sex and porn addiction counselling in Henley and Buckhurst Hill.

With extensive experience across a broad range of psychological issues, Caroline has also lectured at the University of East London on their innovative Post-Graduate Integrative Counselling and Coaching Diploma. As a qualified Clinical Supervisor, she established a trainee placement service in 2016, supporting the development of future counsellors and psychotherapists.

Caroline has designed and delivered numerous workshops and training programmes. She has created and facilitated free community groups for those dealing with anxiety, bereavement, eating disorders, addiction recovery, and menopause wellbeing. Currently, she facilitates the Partners of Sex and Porn Addicts Support Group which addresses betrayal trauma.

Caroline’s expertise has made her a sought-after speaker on topics relating to sex and porn addiction. She has featured on BBC Radio Essex and The S.E.X Show on The Beat London.

Caroline is committed to continuous professional development, regularly attending training and staying informed of the latest research and therapeutic methods. She applies a range of evidence-based approaches to address a variety of sexual and relationship concerns.

She is proud to have worked with many clients and organisations, receiving excellent feedback, testimonials, and referrals. Caroline currently collaborates with several organisations in London and Essex.

Caroline offers both online and face-to-face sessions, providing short-term and long-term support to individuals and couples. Her aim is to offer a personal, relaxed, and confidential environment, always maintaining a non-judgemental stance.
