Partners Workshop: Healing After Betrayal
Partners Workshop: Healing After Betrayal
1st – 2nd August 2026 | Henley-on-Thames
9:00am – 4:00pm
Support for Partners Affected by Sex & Porn Addiction
If your relationship has been impacted by a partner’s sex or porn addiction, you may feel emotionally exhausted, unsettled, or unsure of what to believe anymore.
Many partners describe feeling constantly alert, replaying conversations or discoveries in their minds, struggling to switch off, or questioning their own instincts and judgement.
Betrayal of this kind can affect far more than the relationship itself. It can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, emotionally overwhelmed, and unsure what comes next.
This two-day workshop has been created specifically for partners experiencing betrayal trauma connected to sex and porn addiction.
It offers a supportive, professionally facilitated space to better understand what’s happening emotionally and psychologically, while beginning to rebuild a sense of stability, clarity, and self-trust.
What We’ll Cover
Over the course of the weekend, we’ll explore:
Understanding Betrayal Trauma
Why betrayal trauma can feel so destabilising, and how secrecy, disclosure, and loss of trust affect the nervous system and emotional wellbeing.
Emotional Regulation & Stabilisation
Working with anxiety, hypervigilance, resentment, anger, and overwhelm, while beginning to develop steadier ways of coping and communicating.
Reconnecting with Yourself
Exploring identity, confidence, self-worth, and self-compassion after betrayal and emotional rupture.
Intimacy, Safety & Sexual Trust
Reflecting on intimacy, boundaries, choice, and how sexual trust may be rebuilt, redefined, or approached moving forward.
