Support Groups

Support groups are small, confidential spaces led by a therapist where people with shared experiences can connect, reflect, and feel less alone.

We offer a Men’s Recovery Group for those working towards recovery from sex and porn addiction, and a Betrayal Trauma Support Group for partners affected by a partner’s behaviour.

All of our support groups are free to attend. We simply ask that you let us know in advance if you plan to come along.

Some groups are held online, while others may be in person, depending on the group and location.
